Those equipment are realized for companies needing a complete manufacturing line made of individual special stations.

Thanks to our multidisciplinary teams of engineers, we can design dedicated stations able to realize specific operations in a product assembly line.

As an example, we have developed and realized a 6 stations manufacturing line for a propulsive charge assembly process. Between each station, we have developed specific handling tools to transfer parts from station-to-station. Each machine was designed for high work pace. Security, Reliability and Capability studies were also realized during their conception.

Depending on your needs, we can also realize supervisory control, data acquisition and traceability. We use API automatisms in CANopen network and our HMI are developed on touch screens.
