DLS Station
This station was developed for a power electronics application in hybrid car development.
On this station, we use a laser to solder dies on a module with a highly precise positioning (a few
microns) and at a high production rate. The assembly is made in two steps: we first stack up different
layers, then, we solder a chip on the module by positioning it with an electromagnetic actuator which
controls loads, stresses and displacements (one of ISP System patented products).
This station is equipped with 12 precision axes, motorized by linear motors servo-controlled by optical rulers.

Slip sheet dispenser
This station was developed for logistics operations on mail order preparation chains.
With this station, we can dispense slip sheets in products cardboards on picking chains. This station
enables very high cadency dispensing.
Dimensions of the stations can be modified for customer’s chains characteristics and specificities.
